My husband had Bert Henry do some work for us putting in tile and carpet in a rent house we needed to sell several years ago and I remembering thinking, "wow this is really nice" when I saw the work. When I wanted to replace our downstairs carpet in our current home, my memories of the work and ease of getting it done made it so I didn't even bother looking anyplace else for carpet. I stopped by their storeroom in January and got several samples to take home and began the slow process (for me) of deciding what to buy. The salesman who helped me was perfect - answered questions quickly, very accommodating and understanding with how long it took me to make a decision, showed up reliably every time he said he would to do the measurements and drop off samples. It was incredibly quick to get the install scheduled once I made my decision and the guys who did the install were fast, professional and seemed to really care about doing a good job. It was a little pricey but it is very nice carpet - I think in this world you get what you pay for and we got not only beautiful carpet but a really lovely experience in making a decision that wasn't easy for me, so... WORTH IT!!!

Amazing company to do business with.  I found Bert Henry when searching for "best tile company Tulsa"  - I called on a Monday and Rob Driscoll showed up Tuesday morning for an estimate.  He was on time, courteous, and informative.  He also gave me a few price estimates up front for the work I was wanting to do.  I went in on that Thursday to pick up a few samples.  The owner came out and greeted me.  He was very kind and thanked me for giving them the opportunity to quote the job.  After talking to Rob and Mr. Henry, I knew I could trust them and their advise.  I purchased the new flooring and had the install completed a few weeks later.  My installers were Ben Martin and Sean with American Tile Crew.  You always have hesitation having strangers in your home, but these guys were great and always communicated with me.  When I called or texted, they were quick to respond and always had patience with my many questions. They went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion and I can't say enough about how perfect the install is.
