Meet Our Staff

Bert Henry
Owner

Bert has been in the floor covering industry for 50 plus years. Starting in a warehouse and
working into sales, he started Bert Henry Carpet and Tile in 1984. The company has grown
over the years with his steady leadership.

Bert enjoys his five grandchildren (they keep him young), is an avid golfer and attends Asbury
United Methodist Church.

Ryan Henry
President

As the son of founder Bert Henry, Ryan has been around the carpet and tile business his entire
life, BHCT was established when he was just 5 days old. He played golf at the University of
Tulsa. After graduation he played professional golf. He met his wife, Sara, while he was playing
in Florida. After they married, his priorities changed. In 2012, he joined the family business,
Bert Henry Carpet and Tile, and has never looked back. He learned about the carpet and tile
business from the best in the industry-his dad.

He enjoys golfing, cheering on his alma mater TU, and traveling to the beaches of Florida.

Sara Henry
Boss Lady

Sara is a Florida native and enjoys going back to the Sunshine state to visit her family. She
graduated from Augusta State University and taught elementary students for 8 years. Sara
married into the family business and is now using her organizational skills to keep things
running and moving into the twenty-first century.

Sara loves cheering on her kids in their respective sports, as well as throwing amazing parties.
Each fall Sara enjoys rooting for the Gators football team.

Rob Driscoll
Sales/Project Manager

A Bixby native, Rob has been around the flooring industry his entire life. He started to go to
jobs with his dad when he was 5 years old. He worked for Bert Henry Carpet and Tile early in
his career. A few years later he joined other flooring companies throughout Tulsa. In May of
2015, Rob came “home” to Bert Henry Carpet and Tile.

When he is not working, he enjoys fishing with his wife, golfing, and brewing his own beer.

Jennifer Kay
Office Manager

Jennifer, a Nebraska native, has been with Bert Henry Carpet & Tile for 20 years. She has over
30 years experience in office management. She takes care of the day-to=day operations of the
store. Hers is the first smiling face you are greeted with when you come into the store.

Jennifer is married and is a member of Boston Avenue Methodist Church. She enjoys movies,
gardening, cheering on her beloved Nebraska Huskers, and traveling to Eureka Springs,
Arkansas whenever possible.

Gary Ellis
Sales

Gary, a Tulsa native, has been in the flooring industry for 22 years. He installed carpet for 15
years and has been on the retail/selling side of the industry for 7 years now. He made a career
change and came to work for Bert Henry Carpet and Tile and feels it was the best decision he
could have made. He enjoys being a part of a company that has a reputation for honesty and
integrity. He loves what he does, and it shows when he works with people on their projects.
He is married to his wife, Angie, and together they have 4 children. He and his family attend
Victory Christian, and his younger children attend Victory Christian School. He enjoys OU
Sooners and Dallas Cowboys football, as well as spending time in the sun with his family.

Brook Henry Grieco
Sales

Brook has been learning about this industry her whole life and worked at BHCT throughout high
school and college. When she and her husband moved to Virginia, she worked for a family
owned flooring company. After taking a long break to raise their three children, she is excited to
be back working in the family business. She enjoys helping customers feel at ease about the
often overwhelming options of flooring, etc.

Brook enjoys reading and sports, as well as attending GUTS Church with her family.
